The enquiry pannel is for you to directly contact them, but if they have their contact information, you can directly contact them as well.

We do allow you to initially contact the service suppliers but the booking is not done through the Party and Eventz website.

PartyandEventz does not provide the business or services, as it acts as a bridge to engage the customers to the businesses. The businesses are self-hosted.

Log in- search- enquire- Book.

Log in first, open a business or service listed- drag down to find the review option- Enter your name, rate the product, comment - click on submit.

Please contact the business directly and try to resolve any issues. If this does not work please contact us and we will investigate your claims which could lead to the listing being modified or removed. You may also consider leaving a review for others detailing your satisfaction with the product, service or business.

These Awards are allocated to the businesses on Party and Eventz with the highest number of visits, positive reviews and overall engagement, by location, for the previous calendar year. Therefore, the rankings are determined by the behaviour of the visitors on the Party and Eventz website. Our specially designed algorithm uses the following criteria to calculate the rankings of the Most Popular businesses by location: The volume and length of time spent viewing and engaging with the information on the site The number of leads sent out to a business from the site The number of contacts made to businesses from the site The number of times a user saves a business listing for future reference The number of positive reviews and ratings for a business. The algorithm then selects the Top 25 businesses for each location and ranks them in order of popularity. The higher the number of visits, positive reviews and overall engagement in relation to competitors in the location, the higher a business will rank and the more likely it will be to receive an Award.

There are three packages to choose from if you would like to list your service, one of the packages is free.

Click on "List with us" - select the package - create an account and list your business - Click on submit - You're done!

After creation, it'd be sent to the admin for fact-checking before approving and allowing a space to the business in the website. A final notification to be sent within 32 hours.

Log in - locate the section - edit - save changes. Critical changes made within the website would bother the admin for a cross-check to maintain the website discipline and norms.

The website would ask for basic information about the business and the host for better outreach and fair interpretation of the provided information. Any disputes can lead to show cause of the business

To delete or remove the (permanently and cannot be revived) business- Log In- find the option to delete your listed business. To deactivate the business (temporarily and can be revived) - contact us- fill in the conditions and state the reason for deactivation and the duration- The admin will receive the deactivation request for a certain duration and will proceed with a notification sent to the host for the action.

1. How do I know if my Business received an award? You should have received an email from us letting you know if you have received an Award. You can check the listing page for your business on Party and Eventz and if you have received an Award, you will see a Most Popular Award badge at the top of your listing page. Further down your listing page are listed all the Most Popular areas that you have received the Award for. You can also login into the Members Area and if you have received an Award you will see the Award badge on your dashboard and a "Your Award Badge" in the left hand side menu, where you will be able to download the badge. 2. What is the benefit to my Business of receiving a Most Popular Award? The benefits to your business include: Greater exposure across Party and Eventz and our social media properties, which will result in more visits and leads to your business. Increased trust in your business, which will increase the likelihood of Party and Eventz website visitors selecting your business over your competitors. Increased leads and customers for your business from other channels, if you use the Award badge to promote your business in locations other than the Party and Eventz website. 3. What can our Business do to get the most out of this Award? In order to get the maximum benefits to your business consider the following: Add the Award badge to your website. Promote the Award to existing and potential clients. Add the Award badge to your email signature and across any email campaigns for your business. Display the badge on any other social media or digital properties that you own. Add the Award badge to other business marketing materials. Display the Award badge at your place of business.
